All accommodations may be subject to Mexican hospitality taxes. All accommodations are for Non Smokers and are pet free to accommodate those with allergies. Our facilities are best suited for adults and children over twelve.

Your room is ready after 2PM the date of arrival
Check out is prior to 11AM on the date of departure.We request specific arrival estimates to insure that staff is available to greet you.

Arrivals after 9 PM will be charged a small late arrival fee

Because of the individuality of rooms and suites, and our limited number of accomodations, we ask that any changes to resevations be made with as much notice as possible.

OUR DEPOSIT POLICIES:

7 nights or less – payment In full due at time of reservation.

More than 7 nights -1/2 of total due at time of reservation. Balance of payment due 45 days in advance of arrival.

Payment Methods: Pesos or US dollars if reservation made locally [Mexico].

For those reserving in advance with checks, they should be made in US dollars and should be made out and mailed to:

Reservations are considered confirmed when your deposit is received and deposited. We will notify you by email when this occurs.

OUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Because we are a small guesthouse, we attempt to keep all our rooms occupied. If your plans should change, please give us ample notice to re-rent rooms.

* Forty five days (or more) in advance – full refund less a $100 USD processing fee.
* Less than 45 days in advance – refund for whatever dates we are able to re-rent, minus a $100 processing fee.

If you have to cancel less than 45 days before: So that we can get you as much of a refund as possible, please let us know as soon as you know you will not be able to come. We will begin trying to re-rent your room(s) immediately. Then, please email us after your intended stay, and we will let you know what we were able to re-rent and send you the applicable refund

Rates may be changed at any time and are valid when confirmed and a deposit is accepted.

ALL ROOMS ARE DESIGNATED NON-SMOKING, and IN CONSIDERATION OF GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

There are no exceptions to these policies.
