You bring in your own wedding planner or “day-of” coordinator, caterer, bar service, and any other vendors you love. We’ll give you a list of recommended locals who know our space.

What About Coordination?
For weddings with more than 20 guests, we require you to hire a ‘day-of’ coordinator or wedding planner from our approved list. This isn't busywork — it's how we ensure your day runs smoothly without us pretending to be something we're not.
Our in-house concierge can help with permits, transportation, and guest questions. But your planner handles the vendors, timeline, setup, and breakdown. That's the division that works.
We'll send you our recommended list of local planners, caterers, bar services, florists, photographers, and musicians as soon as we settle on dates.

A Few Kind & Honest Notes
- Music must end by midnight (city noise ordinance — this is firm)
- You provide your own caterer, bar, decor, music, and rentals for full weddings
- For groups over 20 guests, a ‘day-of’ coordinator from our list is required
- We protect our high season for artist , writer, wellness and yoga retreats, so wedding bookings during high season are limited. Shoulder and low season offer better availability and pricing
